11. Getting Help

This was just a quick overview and it’s unlikely you’ll know everything about Print My Blog Pro by just reading this. There’s a lot more to be said about customizing designs and even creating your own designs, but this is a good start.

Play around with it and get familiar with it. While you’re welcome to use Pro Print with your browser for free, support for Pro Print is intended for the Pro Print Service which may have conflicting needs with those of the browser. For that reason, Pro Print support is intended for paying members. Free support is, however, offered for Quick Print and Print Buttons.

If you still have questions, the best way to get support is to use the plugin’s built-in help page. You’ll find it on any WordPress admin dashboard page, under “Print My Blog”. In addition, to send the plugin author an email, it will send a bunch of helpful debugging information.

Print My Blog’s Help page lets you easily send the plugin author a question along with all the relevant debugging information, without needing to register anywhere.

And even if you don’t have any problems, it’s actually helpful for the plugin author to see what you’re making with PMB Pro.
