11. Getting Help

The best way to get support is to use the plugin’s built-in help page. You’ll find it on any WordPress admin dashboard page, under “Print My Blog”.

If you are a free user or on the Hobbyist plan, this will help you create an issue on GitHub with all the debugging information we’ll need to help. If you don’t have a GitHub account, please create one. Creating issues on GitHub helps others who may have the same problem.

If you’d rather report issues directly through email, please upgrade to a Professional or Business plan.

Either way, if you choose to report the issue on GitHub or via email, expect a reply within at most 48 hours.
